About the role

Senior Product Manager (Compliance)

Join AuditBoard to lead the core product experience, collaborate with design and engineering teams, and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

Partner with product leadership to define and execute the compliance product strategy and roadmap, aligning with regulatory and customer needs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver new capabilities.
Lead customer discovery to understand compliance workflows; translate insights into product priorities.
Own the product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch:
- Requirements definition
- Backlog refinement
- Acceptance testing
Support analyst engagements and sales enablement.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence and align stakeholders at multiple levels.
Strong knowledge of the compliance landscape and experience working with products aligned to regulator requirements (e.g., NIST, FDIC, CFPB, FERC, SEC, OCC, FINRA and others).
Ability to translate regulatory/compliance requirements into clear, actionable product capabilities.
Demonstrated experience adopting AI tools to enhance product development (rapid prototyping, research, and customer validation).
Strong interest or experience with agentic systems and AI-driven product experiences, especially for automating complex workflows/decision-making.
Familiarity with modern AI-assisted workflows to test ideas and iterate (e.g., Claude Code, Replit).
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and customer-driven product development.
4–7 years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS/enterprise software or GRC-related domains (Audit, Risk, Compliance, or adjacent).
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform strategy.
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing.

Nice-to-haves / Additional signals

Experience with or strong interest in automating complex compliance workflows using AI/agents.
