About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Attune, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of products across the Attune platform—focused specifically on Attune’s proprietary insurance products.

You will translate complex market needs into high-impact features, partnering with underwriting and carrier partners to deliver a frictionless user experience while maintaining compliance and underwriting integrity.

Responsibilities

Lead Product Strategy: Own product strategy, go-to-market, and underwriting integration for proprietary insurance products.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with underwriters, insurance product managers, engineers, and designers to build scalable solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate cross-functional projects and manage relationships with external carrier partners.
Own Product Lifecycle: Drive work from discovery through market launch, iterating rapidly using quantitative feedback.
Execution & Visibility: Communicate delivery velocity, manage milestones, and provide transparent reporting on product health.
Roadmap Prioritization: Sequence initiatives based on ROI, technical feasibility, and corporate mandates.
Requirements Synthesis: Translate complex insurance regulations into technical specifications and a cohesive roadmap.

Requirements

5+ years in a technical product management role, specifically within P&C insurance.
Proven success launching complex, long-term initiatives and continuously improving through iteration.
Ability to distill complex technical and insurance concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Strong domain knowledge including COIs, NKLLs, and Subrogation.
Experience partnering with engineering teams on technical architecture, including reviewing/debugging JSON.
Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership without formal authority.

Location / Work Model

Hybrid (New York City) or fully remote.
Remote team members must be based in the United States and have reliable high-speed internet.
