Role Overview
Senior Product Manager for Attribute Enrichment to lead a key product area that improves product data coverage and quality using ML-driven enrichment. The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and launch a high-impact Attribute Enrichment product strategy, prioritizing top value streams using data, customer insights, and business goals.
- Create and communicate a compelling value proposition, validated with customer feedback.
- Drive adoption through iterative development and release cycles that improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Partner with PSL and go-to-market teams to reduce time-to-demo and enable rapid testing of attribute capabilities.
- Define, track, and use product performance and quality metrics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Gather customer feedback to identify pain points and validate roadmap decisions.
- Lead a fast-paced, high-quality iterative development cycle and ensure the team adapts quickly.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to streamline workflows and reduce friction.
- Align the roadmap with customer and business needs to deliver measurable value.
- Stay current on industry trends and ML enrichment innovations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching successful products in fast-paced, technical environments.
- Strong technical depth, particularly with data and/or ML-driven products, and the ability to improve complex systems.
- Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to define a vision and execute quickly.
- Deep customer focus and ability to translate user needs into impactful solutions.
- Comfortable with experimentation, iteration, and continuous learning; growth mindset.
- Data-informed decision-making, balancing qualitative insights with quantitative metrics; willingness to pivot.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- Ownership mindset: accountable for both success and failure; relentless pursuit of improvement.
