Senior Product Manager

Role overview

Join AtoB as a Senior Product Manager to shape product strategy and lead a cross-functional team. You’ll work across discovery to launch, engage with industry professionals, and drive execution based on customer and competitive insights.

Key missions

• Develop a deep understanding of AtoB’s competitive position and identify where to invest.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for your domain, including success metrics.
• Lead a cross-functional team (engineers, designers, BizOps, and partners) across sales, partnerships, and support.

Responsibilities

• Operate across the full product lifecycle: vision & strategy → detailed execution → GTM.
• Run discovery and validate decisions with customer research.
• Use data to investigate questions and support product decisions.
• Prototype and accelerate work using GenAI tools.
• Lead complex, cross-functional launches in ambiguous conditions.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record across the full product arc (strategy through execution and go-to-market).
• Comfortable working with data (SQL or equivalent).
• Strong customer research instincts; experience running discovery sessions in person and remotely.
• Experience using GenAI tools for prototyping and communication.
• 5+ years of product management experience; ideally B2B or enterprise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous, complex launches.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in transportation, trucking, logistics, fuel cards, or fleet payments.
• Experience at an early- or mid-stage startup.
• Experience building for field-based, blue-collar, or underserved end users.
