About the role
Role Overview
Atlys is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a critical part of its product and turn complex travel workflows into simple, scalable experiences. You’ll set product direction, identify user pain points, and partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship improvements across conversion, reliability, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for a key product area: set priorities based on customer needs, business impact, and long-term direction.
- Simplify complex user journeys by finding friction, redesigning flows, and delivering intuitive, reliable, and scalable experiences.
- Drive growth and conversion using experimentation, funnel optimization, and product improvements across acquisition, onboarding, and core journeys.
- Scale globally by accounting for different destinations, requirements, compliance constraints, and operational edge cases.
- Lead cross-functional execution: define scope, make trade-offs, and ship high-quality products quickly with Engineering, Design, and other teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer technology, fintech, travel, mobility, or similarly complex domains.
- Strong product judgment and a track record of owning meaningful product areas and improving core user journeys.
- Highly analytical, comfortable using data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide decisions.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows, edge cases, and operational constraints into clear product experiences.
- Strong ownership, prioritization, and execution skills; effective cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to Haves
- Experience building products across multiple markets and handling rapidly changing requirements (implied by global scaling focus).
