About the role

Role overview

(Senior) Product Manager (all genders) | ClimateTech at Carbmee. You’ll define and refine the product vision for the carbmee EIS™ platform, with a focus on integrating and leveraging AI-powered features for B2B enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, balancing long-term vision with immediate customer value
Translate complex customer and business needs into prioritized roadmap items
Execute the product roadmap with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Design, Customer Success) from concept to launch
Develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches, especially for AI-enhanced solutions
Use product analytics, customer feedback, and market research to guide prioritization and continuous improvement
Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly across internal stakeholders
Focus on data and process mining, gradually introducing AI-powered capabilities for automation and insight generation

Requirements

Extensive experience as a Product Manager in software companies, particularly B2B SaaS
Working knowledge of AI/ML applications, ideally integrating or launching AI-powered features
Solid understanding of enterprise workflows (e.g., ERP, procurement, operations) and the ability to identify process inefficiencies
Proven ability to translate business and user needs into scalable product solutions balancing feasibility and value
Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams; ability to drive delivery with technical awareness
Analytical mindset; evaluate success using clear metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including presenting to non-technical audiences
Experience designing for technical/data-savvy users with a strong UX sense

Nice to have

Background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
