About the role
Role Overview
Join Alchemy as a Senior Product Manager (Growth). You’ll own the growth strategy, experimentation program, and the metrics that drive growth across Alchemy’s developer platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full growth funnel: set strategy, define success metrics, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Build compounding growth loops that turn developer experience into organic growth (e.g., referrals, word of mouth, community, virality).
- Run a high-velocity experimentation program with:
- rapid A/B tests,
- strong hypothesis formation,
- continuous learning and iteration on what works.
- Work at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market with high visibility to leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product, including 2–3+ years of true end-to-end growth ownership (shipped initiatives that moved key metrics).
- Deep growth craft, including:
- funnel analysis
- cohort modeling
- experimentation design
- channel strategy
- Ability to think in loops rather than short-term campaigns.
- Experience with developer-facing or API-first products (Web2 or Web3; examples include Stripe, Twilio, Vercel).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills:
- fast model building,
- pressure-testing assumptions,
- acting on signal.
- Ability to align engineering, marketing, and sales on a growth motion without direct authority.
Nice-to-Haves
- Fluency in Web2 or Web3 specifically (Web2 examples mentioned; Web3 also acceptable).
