Senior Product Manager, AI Platform & Ecosystem

Role overview

Senior Product Manager for Zillow’s Follow Up Boss (FUB) AI Platform & Ecosystem team. You’ll shape how AI capabilities connect to FUB data, workflows, and integrations to enable more reliable, scalable AI-powered experiences for real estate agents.

What you’ll own

• Platform strategy and evolution for AI assistants, workflows, and integrations interacting with FUB
• Integration patterns and tools that connect internal AI systems and external partners to FUB data and actions
• Context & intelligence capabilities, including signals, summaries, and data quality improvements for better agent/lead understanding
• Memory capabilities to make AI experiences more personalized across interactions over time
• Platform and ecosystem opportunity prioritization based on product needs, usage patterns, and long-term strategy
• Cross-team alignment by communicating roadmap priorities, progress, and strategic decisions
• Long-term vision for how AI platform capabilities appear across web, mobile, automation, and assistant surfaces

Responsibilities

• Own strategy for AI platform capabilities enabling dependable, scalable AI interactions
• Define how AI understands context, takes action, and becomes more personalized over time
• Partner with engineering, AI/ML, design, and product peers to assess tradeoffs, define solutions, and ship iteratively

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience, ideally in platform/infrastructure, AI, LLMs, workflows, or other technically complex product areas
• Strong technical fluency working with engineers on APIs, integrations, data models, and system design
• Experience building AI-powered products, including understanding of tools, context, memory, evaluation, and reliability as they work together in real products

Location / work model

• Role is categorized as Remote (U.S. employees may live in any state with limited exceptions); remote employees work from a location of their choice identified to the company.
