Senior Product Manager - AI Innovation

Role Overview

Delinea is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead both internal infrastructure and external product initiatives for its AI capabilities in identity security. The role owns key AI infrastructure areas and helps deliver customer-facing AI solutions (including open-source components).

Responsibilities

Internal AI Product Ownership

• Define, execute, and optimize the roadmap and architecture for core internal AI infrastructure, including:
  • Load balancing
  • Compliance automation
  • Security monitoring
  • Feedback systems
  • Model routing
  • Enterprise fine-tuned LLMs

External Product Leadership

• Own and evolve open-source AI platforms (e.g., MCP Server) and customer solutions within Iris AI
• Deliver scalable, robust product capabilities and drive enterprise adoption

Cross-functional Delivery

• Partner with engineering, data science, operations, and customer-facing teams to ship internal and external AI solutions

Stakeholder Alignment

• Align business leaders, tech teams, and customers on AI capability requirements and releases

Security & Compliance

• Ensure AI-driven products meet compliance, governance, and security requirements across the full lifecycle

Market Innovation

• Identify opportunities for leveraging AI protocols and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., MCP, A2A) for advanced identity security solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS
• Familiarity with IAM, PAM, and IGA (identity governance)
• Strong AI/ML technical acumen, including:
  • Large language models (LLMs)
  • Multi-agent systems
  • Context engineering
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol)
  • Model fine-tuning and training
• Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and translate them into product requirements
