Senior Product Manager, AI Coaching

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager to lead product work behind Lark’s AI Coaching experience—the conversations, nudges, and interventions that drive behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Coaching roadmap, translating member insights, behavior science, and business goals into shipped product work.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver features improving member outcomes.
• Design for trust and safety by building guardrails and human-in-the-loop moments.
• Establish a rigorous measurement practice: clean experiments, the right metrics, and evidence-backed decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the App and Enrollment teams on shared goals and member outcomes.

Requirements

• Builder’s mindset; ability to take products from 0 to 1 and operate in ambiguity.
• Strong data instincts and curiosity about user behavior.
• Product judgment and a consumer-product shipping track record (ideally mobile), including learning under real constraints.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI / LLM-powered features; focus on accuracy, member trust, and designing for unpredictable outputs.
• Analytics and experimentation experience; comfort with tools such as Braintrust, Mixpanel, Looker, Snowflake and with AI quality beyond standard A/B testing.
• Understanding of the line between coaching and clinical care in a regulated context.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Medicare or older-adult populations; or B2C health/wellness/fitness.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices and healthcare-specific AI considerations.
