As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in transforming the customer journey and accelerating growth. You will own the Grader product, evolve it into a powerful growth system, and work closely with various teams to connect the Grader journey to the broader Owner growth system. Key missions: Evolve the Grader into a more powerful growth system across acquisition, evaluation, conversion, and post-purchase launch.. Identify where owners lose trust, get confused, or drop off, then ship improvements that make the path to joining Owner feel clearer, more valuable, and more compelling.. Use data, experimentation, and customer insight to understand the funnel deeply and prioritize the work most likely to increase Owner’s growth rate. Profile: - 5+ years of product management experience - Excellent product sense: you have a good understanding of what makes for a high-quality product and are opinionated about what solutions will be successful - Proficiency handling ambiguity: you make sure your goals are clearly defined and display significant independence in achieving them - Competence with technical complexity: you can understand the high-level architecture of a product and its implications for the customer experience, and you’re comfortable talking with engineers about project scope and tradeoffs - Ability to get things done: you have a track record of shipping software that made a difference for your customers - Deep customer empathy: you care about helping your customers and are skilled at performing research to uncover their true needs - Clear written and verbal communication: you’re a force for clarity and alignment, ensuring everyone’s on the same page - Strong data fluency: you effectively gather and integrate quantitative and qualitative data to inform your decision-making and update your intuition
