Role overview

Senior Product Manager, AI (AI team)

You will oversee one of the AI team’s pods, driving the roadmap and execution for a specific AI focus area. You’ll work closely with a current Senior PM and support both end-user AI capabilities and how the team uses AI internally to accelerate product and development.

Team focus areas

• AI foundation: Agentic foundations to build Bubble apps effectively
• Building with AI: Context and tools to produce functional & polished Bubble apps
• AI experience & user guidance: Intuitive experience across app generation and the in-editor agent, including education and guidance

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for your AI focus area
• Lead product initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution
• Partner with design and engineering on product discovery and delivery, and with marketing and success for go-to-market
• Use AI to accelerate prototyping, research/validation, and engineering & GTM hand-off
• Conduct user research to validate opportunities; use evals and feedback to iterate
• Scope MVPs and make prioritization decisions while maintaining high standards
• Mentor junior team members and help shape product team processes and best practices
• Get hands-on building with Bubble to become an expert on the platform

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience

Nice to have

• Experience working on AI-assisted or developer-facing products, including experimentation/evaluation workflows (implied by emphasis on evals and iterative experience improvement)
