Senior Product Manager - Agentic AI product

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI product You will help build agent-like intelligence that closes the gap between observability and action. Instead of only providing logs, metrics, and traces, the product proactively identifies issues and executes safe, informed automation to minimize downtime.

What You’ll Build

• Introduce agent-like capabilities that take action based on real-time observability data
• Integrate with OpenTelemetry-based stacks and use Kubernetes as the foundational platform
• Drive automation that engineers typically do manually, such as:
  • Updating manifests or Dockerfiles when vulnerabilities are detected
  • Syncing rightsizing recommendations into deployment manifests
  • Proposing indexes or caching strategies for inefficient database queries
  • Adjusting node templates to improve cluster efficiency
• Ensure actions run through runbooks (predefined workflows) that create PRs, apply config updates, or roll back if needed

Responsibilities (Product Ownership)

• Build toward an APA vision where solutions become a cohesive platform ("whole exceeds the sum of parts")
• Own product discovery and delivery for a B2B SaaS offering targeting engineering/DevOps workflows
• Communicate product vision and features via PR/FAQ and narrative documents
• Gather user feedback and define outcomes using product metrics

Requirements

Required

• 3–5+ years experience as a Product Manager building B2B SaaS products
• Strong understanding of public cloud offerings and Kubernetes and the DevOps/Platform Engineering workflow
• Strong engineering/technical hands-on mindset; ability to engage with AI agents, automation workflows, and observability concepts
• Proven ability to take products from 0→1 to product-market fit
• Excellent written communication (e.g., PR/FAQ, narrative docs)
• Customer focus with hands-on experience gathering feedback; strong spoken English
• Familiarity with modern product management practices and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Data-driven decision making with experience establishing and using product metrics

Education

• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with AI/ML products or agentic systems
• Experience leading technical products for an engineering user persona
• CKA/CKAD or willingness to complete within 6 months
• Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG)
• Background in early-stage or high-growth startups
