About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager (Agentic AI Experiences) at Wizard, you will lead product direction for the company’s agentic experiences. You’ll partner with engineering, design, data, and the founder team to shape how the AI agent behaves, reasons about context, and supports complete shopping journeys.

Responsibilities

Lead product direction for agentic experiences, focusing on how the AI agent understands user intent and guides users.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define AI agent behavior across multiple channels and support end-to-end shopping flows.
Define and track metrics for engagement and revenue impact.
Run experiments to improve outcomes and create feedback loops with customers.

Requirements

Experience with LLM-powered systems, agent frameworks, or conversational UX.
Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
Strong user experience instincts, particularly for unstructured workflows.
5–8+ years as a Product Manager in consumer tech or AI-driven products.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product decisions.

Nice to Have

Experience working closely with engineering leads on systems architecture or ML applications.
