Role: Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI & Experience

Zillow’s Agentic AI & Experience team builds agentic, highly personalized customer journeys for buying and renting homes. You’ll shape how agentic AI changes the experience from exploration through decision-making, partnering closely with Design, Engineering, and Applied Science.

Responsibilities

• Lead 0→1 AI product development: frame problems, define hypotheses, and run fast build–measure–learn cycles with rapid, functional prototypes.
• Design novel agentic experiences that transform linear workflows into AI-driven journeys using planning, tool use, and memory.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineers, designers, applied scientists, and researchers to co-create prototypes and iterate from real customer behavior.
• Own metrics and experimentation: define success criteria, instrument experiences, run A/B tests, and evaluate quality, safety, and business impact using offline metrics and human-in-the-loop review.
• Drive productionization of validated prototypes by specifying requirements for reliability, observability, latency, cost, and failure modes.
• Lead alignment and responsible AI practices: build consensus on vision/roadmap and address data privacy, bias mitigation, and fair housing considerations.

Requirements

• Senior-level product judgment with strong technical and AI fluency and design sense.
• Ability to take ideas from whiteboard to working product in weeks (rapid prototyping, validation with customers and data).
• Experience running experiments in ambiguous problem spaces and turning learning into durable interaction patterns.
• Comfort defining product strategy and leading execution across teams.

Nice-to-haves (implied by the role)

• Demonstrated experience building end-to-end, production customer experiences at scale.
• Familiarity with responsible AI evaluation practices (quality, safety, privacy, fairness) for customer-facing systems.
