Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for Store Ordering at Afresh Technologies (full remote). You will define the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the in-store ordering suite, align cross-functional teams, and drive accountability for business outcomes.

Key Missions

• Define product vision and long-term roadmap for the Store Ordering product suite, aligned with company objectives.
• Drive measurable improvements in sales impact, performance, and reliability by leading strategic prioritization of the roadmap.
• Partner with Data and Machine Learning teams to evolve forecasting and ordering policies, improving ordering accuracy.
• Mentor and guide other PMs and cross-functional partners, and set the bar for product excellence.
• Ensure ongoing alignment between Afresh’s mission and commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy through multi-quarter planning and cross-functional leadership.
• Establish metrics frameworks and use both qualitative and quantitative signals to make decisions.
• De-risk changes via A/B tests and/or phased rollouts.
• Maintain technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering and ML (APIs, web/mobile architecture, SQL).
• Lead incident/business reliability behaviors (SLAs, alerting, on-call coordination) with a systemic mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a PM shipping customer-facing software, owning and scaling a mature, in-market product.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes (incremental low-risk rollouts + strategic bets).
• Ability to define product vision and strategy, not just execute roadmaps.
• Sophisticated analytical decision-making: metrics, synthesizing signals, designing A/B tests or phased rollouts.
• Strong technical fluency: web/mobile architecture, working with API specs, SQL, and meaningful collaboration with engineers and ML practitioners.
• Experience rapidly creating prototypes using generative coding tools.
• Strong communication skills: concise PRDs, strategy docs, and change specifications; influence senior stakeholders across product, engineering, commercial, and leadership.
• Ownership mindset: proactive leadership on incidents, SLAs, alerting, on-call coordination, and systemic fixes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in supply chain, grocery, retail, or other operationally complex domains.
