About the role
Role overview
Senior Product Manager on Zeta Global’s Identity product team. You will own the Addressability pod, responsible for making Zeta’s identity graph usable across the organization’s products and services.
Key missions / responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Zeta addressability systems, including real-time identity resolution services and batch identity resolution infrastructure.
- Partner with engineering to design, build, and deliver identity resolution capabilities that meet needs across business units.
- Lead organizational adoption of the Zeta Identity spine (ZID) by integrating identity resolution into teams and products such as CRM, programmatic, Publisher Cloud (HIRO), Email Exchange, and Data Cloud.
- Align with engineering, product, and business unit leaders on goals, and measure how identity improvements impact downstream business outcomes.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to data platforms, identity systems, or ad tech/identity infrastructure.
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams/business units, influencing without direct authority.
- Strong technical depth and credibility with engineers (able to read SQL queries, review architecture docs, and discuss system design).
- Ability to translate between technical and business audiences; clear, structured communication.
- Comfortable with concepts such as identity graphs, entity resolution, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- SQL fluency and comfort analyzing large-scale datasets to investigate questions, validate hypotheses, and define metrics.
- Familiarity with privacy-first identity approaches, including cookieless resolution, first-party data, and relevant regulations (GDPR, GPP).
- Experience with agile practices and tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with data warehousing / data infrastructure tools such as Snowflake, Spark, and Airflow.
- Experience in ad tech / MarTech and identity resolution, including cross-device linking, audience resolution, or programmatic advertising infrastructure.
