Role overview
Senior Product Manager, Ad Serving at Fetch within the Ad Delivery collective. You’ll build the core infrastructure that powers how ads are routed, selected, and delivered in real time across the Fetch app.
This is a hands-on, technically deep role partnering closely with Engineering, ML, Analytics, and Sales to define architecture, delivery controls, logging standards, and experimentation that supports an outcome-based ads platform.
What you’ll do
- Own the roadmap for Fetch’s ad serving infrastructure, including:
- Decisioning
- Pacing
- Frequency capping
- Real-time delivery pipelines
- Lead the migration of all ad objects to a single, unified ad server to consolidate fragmented serving pipelines.
- Own integrations with third-party verification partners, ensuring industry-compliant ad delivery and measurement.
- Drive mobile event logging standardization across different ad types to enable reliable delivery, reporting, and experimentation.
- Design and run experiments to measure impact on:
- Fill rate
- Delivery quality
- Advertiser outcomes
- Partner with ML/personalization to ensure the ad server provides the right signals, inputs, and controls for ranking and relevance decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, ML, Analytics, and Sales to define requirements, make trade-offs, and ship improvements.
What you bring
- 4–5 years of product management experience
- 3+ years focused on advertising technology
- Solid understanding of ad serving fundamentals, including request/response flows and eligibility
- Ability to work in a technically deep environment and move quickly with engineering partners
