Senior Product Manager

Role overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of Accretive Technology Group’s products by driving product vision, aligning strategy with business goals, and enabling cross-functional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and drive the product vision, ensuring alignment of product strategy with business objectives.
• Own stakeholder alignment across multiple stakeholders and development teams.
• Influence design and implementation of features through collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Drive agile practices to deliver valuable, high-quality software quickly.
• Partner with Design to build intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Coordinate cross-product dependencies with other Product Managers to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Negotiate delivery timelines with other Product Managers across the organization.
• Lead and facilitate product direction meetings with the product team.
• Analyze feature performance data and communicate key product metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product development as a Product Owner/Manager.
• Strong ability to articulate and drive product vision.
• Champion of Agile, focused on delivering fast while maintaining quality.
• Solid domain knowledge in the relevant product space.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to interface with development teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
• Strong negotiation skills to manage shifting priorities.
• Natural leader who can run meetings, maximize productivity, and drive results.

Preferred experience (strong signal)

• Media Upload and Management (user-generated media, content libraries, transcoding pipelines, media workflows)
• Live Stream Broadcasting (live video streaming platforms, real-time broadcasting, interactive live content)
• Social Media Engagement and Influencers (creator/influencer ecosystems, community-driven strategies)
