About the role

Role Overview

Join 15Five as a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered performance management and agentic workflows. You’ll shape the product vision and execution for experiences that help managers and employees improve performance in real time.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision for AI-assisted performance and agentic workflow experiences
Build and execute a results-oriented product strategy and roadmap
Lead end-to-end product delivery (0→1 and scaling 1→N)
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, low-friction experiences
Drive customer discovery and translate insights into product decisions
Define product success metrics (KPIs) and measure impact

Requirements

Strong product judgment, user empathy, and ability to drive adoption and behavior change
5+ years of product management experience delivering complex B2B SaaS products
Experience shipping AI-powered products, including LLM-based or agentic systems
Experience building integrations for Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar flow-of-work tools
Strong understanding of prompt design, AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop systems, and quality measurement
Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring impact
Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering teams on technical products

Nice to Have

Enterprise SaaS experience in HR, performance management, or people systems
