Role overview

Senior Product Manager on the Coupa Procurement team, defining and building products that deliver measurable value to users. You partner across the business community, engineering, and UX, representing the customer voice while designing and executing innovative, customer-backed ideas.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to align product areas with the wider organization
• Define detailed feature requirements with Engineering, UX, Services, and customers
• Partner with Engineering through design, build, test (stories), and documentation
• Measure product success and drive feature adoption via cross-functional work and customer enablement
• Continually assess product competitive positioning in the market
• Represent your product area internally and externally

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in Product Management in enterprise SaaS
• Prior implementation experience; knowledge of ERPs and master data management
• Strong organization and clear communication
• Ownership mindset and persistence to deliver goals through ambiguity
• Ability to drive milestones toward clarity and on-time delivery
• Strong fundamentals in application development and Agile software development
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Mastery of writing analytics SQL queries
