Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

Yendo is hiring a Senior Product Designer for the Growth Team. You’ll craft intuitive, scalable, user experiences for the application process and the consumer app, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other designers to drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from concept through execution.
• Create low-fidelity flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and workflows that align user needs, technical constraints, and the product vision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and growth to meet customer and business goals.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring it’s accessible and scalable across native mobile and responsive web.
• Lead and apply user research; translate product data into actionable insights.
• Help scale AI-supported workflows by learning, socializing, and implementing best practices in AI-supported product development and design research.
• Lead design craft through critiques, feedback loops, and continuous improvement; mentor junior designers.
• Develop deep understanding of the finance industry and how internal/external forces shape the business.

Requirements

• 7+ years designing digital products end-to-end.
• Strong foundation in interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience in Growth, especially application funnels, is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience implementing AI into the product development cycle.
