Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

Senior Product Designer at VeSync. You will craft intuitive, scalable, human-centered experiences across mobile, web, and wearable platforms, owning the design process from research and concept through launch.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design

• Drive design of user flows, interfaces, and interactions across app, wearable, and web
• Own UX design from discovery → launch
• Translate user insights, research findings, and product strategy into accessible, engaging interfaces
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to balance value, usability, feasibility, and viability
• Deliver clear, accessible design assets aligned to brand consistency
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using real user feedback and data

Design Systems & Scalable Practices

• Establish scalable patterns, components, and reusable assets
• Improve design tooling, documentation, and workflows to increase team efficiency
• Define and document design principles aligned to brand and product values
• Support long-term scalability, consistency, and maintenance

Collaboration & Influence

• Integrate consumer insights with User Research
• Collaborate with Wellness Researchers to translate scientific insights into human-centered interactions
• Present work to stakeholders with clarity, empathy, and data-informed rationale
• Advocate for user needs, accessibility, and design excellence across teams
• Collaborate with marketing/content/brand to ensure a unified product narrative
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design critique and storytelling

Requirements

• Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6–10+ years of UX/product design experience
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital design from research synthesis through pixel-perfect execution
• Bilingual in Mandarin
• Portfolio required when applying

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer tech (preferred)
