Senior Product Designer

Role overview

Join Uniswap Labs as a Senior Product Designer to design and deliver consumer product experiences in decentralized finance (DeFi). You’ll tackle complex, emerging challenges and partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and deliver end-to-end design projects for new and improved consumer products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and roadmap
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the broader design culture through writing, presentations, and community engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, including research, prototyping, and implementation of user-facing applications
• Strong desire to design in the context of web3/blockchain/DeFi
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Framer, or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience with component libraries / design systems
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, backed by a portfolio showing independent ownership and high-quality execution
• High-fidelity prototyping experience

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the web3/Ethereum ecosystem (wallets, tokens, transactions, etc.)
• Experience using AI in design and prototyping workflows
• Some experience in FinTech or adjacent industries via relevant design work
