About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Designer (UI Focus) responsible for shaping intuitive, accessible, and visually polished experiences across complex, data-rich products. The role spans the full design lifecycle—from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI execution and production-ready delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design: discovery, user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and high-fidelity UI design
Apply design thinking to complex domains, reframing problems and translating user needs into scalable solutions
Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, behavioral data analysis)
Design data-rich interfaces such as dashboards, workflows, and enterprise-grade UI with strong clarity, accessibility, and usability
Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across web and mobile
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to align vision, feasibility, and execution
Communicate design intent using storytelling and artifacts (user flows, prototypes, specs) and influence prioritization
Participate in design critiques, sprint ceremonies, and QA cycles to support high-quality implementation
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and design exploration

Requirements

5–7+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of complex digital products
Proven experience designing data-heavy/content-rich interfaces (e.g., fintech, edtech, health tech, SaaS)
Strong UI craft: visual hierarchy, layout systems, interaction design
Human-centered design methodology expertise (usability testing, interviews, workshop facilitation)
Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma
Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards for web and mobile
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and translate design intent into implementable specifications
Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions
Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and decision-making
Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven with a passion for inclusive, user-centered design
