Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Twin Health, you will help build tools that enable clinical teams to deliver better outcomes for members. Your top priority is developing deep empathy for coaches and doctors by understanding their day-to-day workflows, pain points, and operational realities.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Clinical User: Conduct immersive research to uncover unmet needs and design tools that make clinical work easier and more effective.
• Drive In-Depth Product Thinking: Design holistic, interconnected user journeys across desktop/web and mobile, accounting for edge cases and systemic impacts.
• Produce High-Craft Design Output: Create journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specs with strong visual quality and interaction precision.
• Act as a “Chaos Pilot”: Operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; triage design debt and bottlenecks with polished foundational work.
• Influence Without Authority: Align product, engineering, and clinical teams around a shared, user-first vision; clearly communicate design rationale.
• Innovate with AI: Conceptualize and evolve dynamic, AI-powered content and conversational tools.
