Senior Product Designer

Role overview

Join Taktile as a Senior Product Designer to translate complex technical and business problems into clear, scalable user experiences. You’ll lead design for a cross-functional team, collaborate with engineers, and help evolve the company’s Design System, with a strong fintech focus.

Key missions

• Lead design independently for a cross-functional team and own design efforts for a product area.
• Apply design thinking to complex technical problems, including workflow and data-heavy interfaces.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions aligned with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented effectively and the overall user experience remains coherent.
• Contribute to the Design System.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical domains.
• Strong systems thinking; ability to design complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into user experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience shaping problem definitions through discovery with Product and Engineering.
• Proven experience leading design for a product area or cross-functional team.
• Strong technical understanding to engage effectively with engineers.
• Experience in a startup/scale-up environment.
