Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

As Senior Product Designer at Swimply, you’ll combine design and marketing to own end-to-end experiences for both guests and hosts. You’ll help drive measurable growth while shaping the product’s visual language and storytelling that converts browsers into bookers and homeowners into hosts.

Responsibilities

• Own the design lifecycle for web and mobile: research → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → shipped experiences
• Design with a growth lens by partnering with Growth, Product, and Ops to test and iterate on flows that improve:
  • conversion
  • activation
  • retention
• Product marketing crossover: craft go-to-market narratives for new features (positioning, messaging, campaign design)
• Systematize design by expanding the design system to scale consistency across journeys and partner touchpoints
• Cross-functional leadership with Product, Ops, and Engineering to align design decisions with growth and brand goals
• Champion the user through research, testing, and thoughtful design tradeoffs for both host and guest needs

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing experiences
• Proven ability to design for conversion, growth, and storytelling (beyond visual polish)
• Experience in product marketing (positioning, messaging, campaign integration) via a hybrid role or close collaboration
• Fluency with design/prototyping tools like Figma
• Comfort using analytics/experimentation tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments with a bias for shipping and iterating
