About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Designer at Secureframe (remote-first, distributed team). You will own a Secureframe product area and work across the full product development cycle—from early research and visioning to pixel refinement and launch.

What You’ll Do

Deeply understand and solve complex customer problems
Design simple, easy-to-use flows and experiences that delight customers
Oversee end-to-end user experience for your owned product area
Define and refine the design system (design principles, style guide)
Influence team culture and improve cross-functional collaboration
Iterate on design processes (e.g., design critiques, product workshops)
Partner closely with engineers and product managers on ambiguous user challenges
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning

What We’re Looking For

4+ years designing and shipping complex products with strong customer adoption
A portfolio showcasing UX design and user-centered design principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to balance holistic thinking with attention to detail
Comfort in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Nice-to-Haves / Additional Notes

Remote-first role with company offsites 2–4 times per year (travel by air required)
