Senior Product Designer

About the role

Join SandboxAQ, a leading company in the AI and quantum technology space. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our AI agentic platform and products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to define the product vision and direction. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive user interfaces, conducting user research, and establishing design principles and systems. Colaborar con Product y Engineering para definir qué se debe construir y cómo debe funcionar, enmarcando problemas ambiguos en oportunidades claras. Profile: - ~6+ years building interfaces for complex technical domains — developer tools, enterprise, security, infrastructure, or AI — with exceptional visual and interaction design craft - Fluency with Figma and beyond: using AI tools to augment design efficiency from research to content generation to prototyping in code, plus comfort working directly with engineers and reasoning about technical constraints - Strong working knowledge of AI and agentic products and systems, and the ability to make complex technical workflows clear without making them simplistic - Hands-on experience conducting user research (usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys) paired with strong product sense connecting user needs to business and technical outcomes - Proven success with early-stage products and companies in fast-paced, highly ambiguous, high-autonomy environments: iterative, proactive, outcome-driven, and a strong verbal communicator able to articulate design concepts to multi-disciplinary stakeholders - Experience designing developer tools, command-line experiences, or open-source products - Familiarity with emerging machine learning workflows or agentic frameworks - Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
