About the role
Role Overview
Join the Product Growth and GTM team as a Senior Product Designer. You’ll shape intuitive, research-informed experiences for seller tools used by sales teams worldwide, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver solutions aligned with the product vision.
Key Missions & Responsibilities
- Lead research-informed design across multiple high-impact seller tools and experiences.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define:
- UX vision
- success criteria
- execution plans
- Translate user insights into:
- intuitive user flows
- wireframes
- prototypes
- polished UI deliverables
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment through workshops, design critiques, and structured collaboration.
- Advocate for inclusive, accessible design that scales across diverse user personas.
- Work across the full design lifecycle: discovery & research → prototyping → testing → delivery/handoff.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional product design experience (ideally in SaaS or enterprise software).
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong cross-department collaboration, communication, and ability to create actionable execution plans.
- Ability to lead design through workshop, research, execution, testing, and handoff in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Figma and user-centered design/prototyping tools.
- Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Figma Make) to streamline workflows and support product innovation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process and visual craft.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience building inclusive products.
- Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and translating them into product outcomes.
- Proficiency in UI architecture (e.g., site mapping).
- Background working on tools for sales, go-to-market teams, or enterprise workflows.
- Systems thinking and experience contributing to design systems.
