Senior Product Designer

Role overview

Senior Product Designer (Remote - Europe) at Restream. You’ll raise the bar on product and UX quality through a hands-on approach, helping transform designs to the next level.

What you’ll do

• Solve product and UX challenges with strong attention to detail
• Shape the overall product and design direction
• Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams across discovery, development, and launch
• Contribute to and evolve the design system
• Help grow the team and establish a strong design culture

What we look for

• Experience designing applications, ideally in high-growth products with strong design culture
• Deep expertise in visual design, UI, and interaction design
• Experience developing and supporting design systems across multiple products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a design culture and mentoring/growing a team (implied)
