Role Overview

Senior Product Designer (Remote) joining a leader in the Consumer Technology space. The role turns data into practical insights to improve visibility, decision-making, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive design vision for major product domains
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align design and business strategies
• Lead complex design challenges across the company’s ecosystem
• Anticipate future user and business needs to shape strategies
• Establish design frameworks, principles, and standards
• Mentor Staff and Senior Designers to strengthen design leadership
• Influence teams through storytelling and compelling design narratives
• Ensure design quality and accessibility across all products

Qualifications

• 9–12+ years in product design, including leadership across multi-product systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic impact and organizational influence
• Ability to shape design strategy and drive business outcomes
• Deep expertise in research and data-driven decision-making
• Experience leading and scaling design systems across teams
• Strong background in B2C and/or B2B SaaS environments

Location & Compensation

• Remote (US-based candidates only); no visa sponsorship
• Compensation: $130,386 – $163,606 annually
