Role overview
Jobgether is hiring a Principal Product Designer (Remote) on behalf of a partner company. You will shape user experiences across multiple products by leading strategic design initiatives that combine creativity with analytical decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX strategy across multiple products (from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization)
- Identify explicit and latent user needs via research and stakeholder engagement
- Translate insights into scalable UX strategies aligned with business goals
- Create cohesive workflows and interaction patterns balancing consistency and innovation
- Rapidly prototype and iterate using qualitative and quantitative evidence
- Define success metrics with Product and Research to tie UX outcomes to measurable results
- Influence roadmap and prioritization decisions with strong design rationale
- Mentor senior designers and drive high-quality UX across teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional UX experience with successful product launches
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
- Portfolio demonstrating expert design aptitude
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience leveraging AI in UX and designing AI-powered product experiences
- Mastery of Figma
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong analytical skills to inform design decisions with data
