Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Posh, you’ll join a close-knit team focused on improving the live experience landscape. You’ll define user experience and craft designs that help both event organizers and attendees interact with Posh’s platform—across a two-sided mobile app and a web application for business tools.

Responsibilities

• System design & UX flows: Architect seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces with cohesive interaction design across the platform.
• Visual design & UI craft: Apply strong taste in layout, hierarchy, and modern UI patterns; concept and design interfaces from scratch.
• Pragmatic, high-impact execution: Produce high-quality designs quickly while balancing vision with practical delivery.
• User research & data-driven decisions: Run user research and use data insights to guide design iterations based on user feedback, data, and business goals.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams; lead end-to-end design work and translate requirements into intuitive solutions.
• Iterate & improve continuously: Gather feedback and refine designs to maximize quality and impact.
• Stakeholder communication: Present the rationale (“why”) to executives and stakeholders and align teams around business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in high-growth or early-stage environments.
• Demonstrated ability to balance fast iteration with high quality.
• Strong background in both system-level UX design and detailed execution.
• Experience designing and maintaining design systems in Figma, including scalable, reusable components.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with transparency and efficient stakeholder alignment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience designing tools for business users/organizers; background from Airbnb, Square, Toast, or similar companies.

Location / Work Mode

• In-person role at the New York City (SoHo) office.
