About the role

Role Overview

Join LogicGate as a Senior Product Designer to lead design of intuitive user experiences across multiple features within the Risk Cloud® platform. You’ll collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to transform complex enterprise risk workflows into streamlined product experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex design initiatives across multiple concurrent projects, from early discovery through delivery in an ambiguous environment
Work with Product Managers to clarify problem statements, decompose unclear briefs, and align design outcomes to business and customer needs
Craft multi-step user journeys and contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities
Systematically contribute to the Risk Cloud design system:
- propose new components
- document patterns
- advocate for interaction consistency across product pillars
Lead user research sessions and synthesize research into actionable design direction
Elevate team practice and culture through design operations, ceremonies, and mentorship

Requirements

Ability to tackle ambiguous briefs by defining problem spaces and creating structured solutions
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing subject matter experts
Experience planning, executing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research
Advanced Figma skills including component library structures, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff
Demonstrated experience expanding and contributing to design systems at scale
Curiosity and practical mindset for AI tools and workflows to support AI-driven features
3–7 years experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer for complex B2B or enterprise SaaS, with a portfolio of shipped high-impact work
Experience designing for complex enterprise B2B workflows, data-focused solutions, and/or AI/automation
Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) GRC, cybersecurity, audit, or enterprise risk management concepts
Strong accessibility knowledge: WCAG 2.1 AA and inclusive design practices

Nice to Have

Track record contributing to internal design operations, team ceremonies, or design mentorship
Domain familiarity with enterprise risk, compliance, or cybersecurity concepts
