Senior Product Designer

Role overview

Join Kodify as a Senior Product Designer working with product management and engineering to deliver innovative solutions that improve the product’s direction, visuals, and UX.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and implement product improvements.
• Design features and experiences across the full customer lifecycle (from acquisition to retention).
• Contribute across the end-to-end design process: discovery → ideation → validation → delivery → iteration.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Produce clean, modern, responsive designs for multiple devices and interfaces.
• Own visual design stages from concept to engineering hand-off, using a user-centered approach to test and iterate with customers.
• Help shape and govern the design system in Figma, including design tokens (e.g., color, spacing, typography) to align design and engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product / UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio for complex web and consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Data-aware approach: use product data, feedback, and metrics to inform and evaluate design decisions.
• Experience working in remote-first/distributed teams across time zones.
• User research and validation experience: user interviews and usability testing, with synthesis of qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Independence and reliability: manage priorities and deliver high-quality work.
• Clear communication in English.
• High proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, with strong UI quality and interaction design consistency.

Nice-to-haves

• AI experience and curiosity using AI tools for design and prototyping.
• Experience designing high-traffic consumer products including acquisition, activation, retention, and recovery flows.
