About the role

Role Overview

The Senior Product Designer will support multiple AI product streams and help scale design output across Kiefer’s AI product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design UX/UI for multiple AI-powered products
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver features
Produce clear, implementation-ready designs
Improve usability and consistency across products
Contribute to design patterns and reusable components
Support faster product iteration cycles

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI
Strong UX thinking and structured problem-solving
Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools)
Ability to work across multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience collaborating with engineering teams
Delivery-oriented and practical mindset

Nice to Have / Additional Signals

Work in a high-ownership, autonomous environment with quick iterations and opportunities to grow with a scaling design/product team.
