Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

Senior Product Designer reporting to the Head of Product Design. Lead end-to-end product design efforts for Keeper’s website and web applications, creating intuitive, transformative experiences across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders) to define user requirements, project objectives, visuals, and overall experience
• Lead the full design lifecycle: concept ideation → wireframing → prototyping → final UI design
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis; translate findings into design decisions
• Create and maintain design artifacts such as personas and journey maps
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistency and scalability
• Stay current with UX/UI trends and emerging technologies; advocate for integration into design processes
• Leverage and evolve Keeper’s design system and brand guidelines across all web properties
• Design responsive layouts for web, desktop, mobile, and tablet

Requirements

• 5+ years of product and/or UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer
• Experience conducting user research/usability testing and translating insights into design decisions
