About the role

Role overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape highly personalized, high-impact consumer experiences across the end-to-end grocery journey—helping users plan meals, manage nutrition, handle allergies, and build healthier household routines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design for Meals & Health experiences, from discovery and problem framing through prototyping, validation, and delivery on web and mobile.
  • Design cohesive user journeys across key surfaces: home, browse, onboarding, and personalized feeds.
  • Build experience frameworks for lifecycle moments such as onboarding, meal planning adoption, and health-related personalization.
  • Translate strategy into scalable design systems, ensuring strong information architecture and content hierarchy.
  • Explore and design AI-assisted, conversational, and agentic experiences to enhance personalization.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Marketing, and Brand to define requirements, run experiments, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct or support user research to uncover insights about meal planning, nutrition, and household behaviors.
  • Advocate for experience-led product thinking and elevate design quality and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product design experience for consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile, with a portfolio showing shipped, high-impact work.
  • Strong expertise in interaction design, visual design, and design systems, including deep knowledge of information architecture and content structuring.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear product experiences, frameworks, and design principles.
  • Proven collaboration with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science across discovery, iteration, and delivery.
  • Proficiency with Figma and presentation tools; familiarity with integrating AI-assisted design workflows.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling; able to present design rationale to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining clarity and design excellence.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, grocery, or health-related consumer products.
  • Experience with personalization and lifecycle design.
