Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design across complex fintech and HRMS modules, ensuring cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Manage, mentor, and support a small design team while staying hands-on in critical design work (player-coach).
  • Own and evolve the design system in Figma (scalability, consistency, adoption across products).
  • Lead user research activities including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and insight synthesis.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver features aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Establish and enforce design standards, interaction patterns, and accessibility guidelines across the platform.
  • Present design decisions and rationale to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer in complex SaaS, fintech, or enterprise environments.
  • Experience designing data-rich, workflow-heavy interfaces with a strong focus on usability and clarity.
  • Leadership experience mentoring/managing designers while remaining hands-on.
  • Expert Figma skills (design systems, components, variables, prototyping).
  • Strong user research and synthesis abilities; can translate insights into product direction.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with strong ownership.

Benefits (Highlights)

  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, disability coverage.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays, sick leave, parental leave.
  • FSA/HSA options; wellness and employee assistance resources.
  • Optional supplemental benefits (e.g., identity theft, legal services, accident/pet insurance).
