Senior Product Designer

Role overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a fast-evolving product organization at a pivotal time. You will refine an existing design vision and turn it into polished, high-impact product experiences that enterprise customers use daily. You will operate as the sole designer across multiple product and engineering squads, with high ownership and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design execution and elevate established design direction into production-ready experiences
• Make trade-off decisions balancing design quality, feasibility, product requirements, and delivery timelines
• Iterate designs using customer insights, usage data, and prototype feedback
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping
• Create meaningful product flows from problem framing → high-fidelity execution → post-launch refinement
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers across multiple squads and concurrent workstreams
• Contribute to and extend the design system for consistency and scalability
• Maintain a high quality bar through critique, collaboration, and attention to detail

Requirements

• 5+ years product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and/or platform/complex product environments
• Strong portfolio showing visual craft, interaction design, and information hierarchy
• Proven use of AI tools in the design process (with examples across research/ideation/prototyping)
• Ability to balance design ambition with technical and timeline constraints in fast-paced environments
• Experience working as a sole designer across multiple teams/product areas
• Strong product thinking and ability to interpret user needs, customer research, and analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
• High-ownership mindset while maintaining quality and consistency

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with complex SaaS workflows and enterprise interaction design
• Strong familiarity with design-system governance and scaling across multiple product surfaces
