SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

Role: Senior Product Designer

Design end-to-end product experiences for clients, with a strong focus on human-centered outcomes and creating value across web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design execution across key product areas, translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences.
• Simplify complex, data-heavy applications into usable, elegant interfaces.
• Apply human-centered design methods such as research synthesis, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Contribute to design team excellence through critiques, knowledge sharing, and improving design processes while maintaining high standards for polish, usability, and clarity.
• Work across the product lifecycle: early-stage innovation, optimizing performance, and re-inventing existing products/services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers, balancing collaboration with clear ownership of design decisions.
• Create scalable interaction patterns, visual designs, and design-system-aligned components, extending the system when product requirements evolve.
• Use a systems-thinking approach: experiment, iterate, and explore the problem space before committing to solutions.
• Incorporate a forward-thinking approach to AI-driven capabilities in user experiences.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Background in product development or experience design.
• Strong foundation in design research, UX, interaction design, and visual design, with strengths in one or two areas.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Experience launching or relaunching products and optimizing performance over time.
• Direct experience planning and facilitating formative and evaluative research (e.g., interviews, usability work).

Nice to Have

• Experience designing iOS and/or Android native apps.
