Role: Senior Product Designer, In-Store (SevenRooms)

You’ll design cohesive, high-impact experiences across SevenRooms’ in-store software solutions for global hospitality operators—helping restaurants create delightful, personalized experiences that increase repeat business.

What you’ll do

• Design complex, operational experiences rooted in features that excite and delight diners.
• Shape end-to-end workflows for restaurant operators (including GMs/hosts), translating real-world behavior into intuitive product interactions that reduce friction.
• Turn ambiguity into product direction by partnering with product and engineering leadership to frame problems and drive clarity across variable use cases.
• Own systems, not just screens by creating scalable interaction models and reusable patterns across interconnected surfaces.
• Drive 0→1 product exploration: contribute to early-stage concept development and define new capabilities for emerging initiatives.
• Engage deeply with real users, synthesizing research/feedback/operational realities into validated solutions.
• Collaborate in a high-ownership design culture, continuously critiquing and elevating work alongside senior designers, PMs, and engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS.
• Experience designing successful consumer-facing features end-to-end.
• Proven ability to work with customers to understand complex workflows and articulate a clear UX perspective.
• Ability to translate user goals and pain points into designs with strong visual craft (layout, hierarchy, typography, and animation).
• Curiosity to explore multiple solution layers and a mindset of continuous improvement/testing new approaches.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals and ability to communicate effectively with engineers on implementation.
• Comfortable using independent judgment and discretion in day-to-day work.
