Senior Product Designer (Hybrid or Remote)

Role Overview

Vivid is hiring a Senior Product Designer to turn ideas into well-thought-out product concepts and improve the digital experience of the platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, developers, analysts, and researchers across mobile and web.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, analysts, developers, and stakeholders on strategic decisions and roadmap definition.
• Generate and validate hypotheses, propose solutions, and design products addressing customer and business problems.
• Create high-level and detailed wireframes, polished UI mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Iterate on designs using research, experiment results, analytics, and team/user feedback.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for both mobile and web.
• Present and defend design decisions to different audiences.
• Proactively drive the design process (own the work end-to-end, not just execute tasks).

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech.
• Advanced Figma skills: components, auto-layouts, and prototyping.
• Ability to adapt designs across web and mobile with knowledge of platform opportunities/limitations.
• Strong understanding of typography, grids, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Must have a portfolio with examples of product design work.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of user acquisition and retention strategies.
• Ability to identify user sources, analyze user behavior, and contribute to landing page designs to improve conversions.

Work Location / Remote Policy

• Hybrid in one of: Berlin, Amsterdam, or Limassol, or fully remote outside office locations.
• Relocation support to Cyprus when needed (visa/package).
