Senior Product Designer

Role: Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design of key product features and initiatives, from concepting through high-fidelity execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to define requirements and solutions
• Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms
• Conduct user research and usability testing; gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Design for web and mobile, crafting intuitive and delightful experiences across devices
• Own and evolve the product’s visual and interaction design, ensuring pixel-perfect quality
• Lead design reviews and present design concepts to stakeholders
• Support teammates and champion company values with a growth mindset

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional product design experience
• Experience facilitating research and user testing
• Hands-on experience working with and developing design systems
• Mastery of Figma and other relevant design tools
• Strong command of design methods and techniques
• Portfolio available online or as PDF (include any passwords)

Preferred

• Experience in fintech or designing for marketplaces
• Ability to adapt well in rapidly changing environments
