Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Fluxon, you’ll be a strategic creative partner shaping impactful product experiences. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and value ownership, integrity, and craft.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences
Work closely with development teams to create and implement design for both client and internal products
Conduct user and task analysis, including:
- conceptual modeling
- information architecture design
- interaction design
- usability-focused work

Requirements

Strong product design craft and strategic thinking
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and engineering teams
Experience performing structured user requirements analysis and information architecture / interaction design work

Nice-to-haves

Experience designing in fast-moving, potentially AI-driven or complex product environments
Experience owning end-to-end design work with a high bar for clarity, speed, and quality
