Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

Join Finom as a Senior Product Designer and help shape the financial lives of customers. You will own design delivery across the full product lifecycle, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers while producing the key design artifacts that enable successful outcomes.

Key Missions

• Contribute to and take responsibility for end-to-end feature design that impacts customers’ financial experiences.
• Translate complex business and user problems into clear, user-centered design solutions.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define and deliver project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own design delivery across the product lifecycle.
• Create essential design artifacts for features and experiences.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams in product squads.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and polished execution.
• Ability to rigorously justify design decisions using data, research insights, and direct customer feedback.
• Experience designing for complex platforms with multiple user flows, states, and feature dependencies.
• Demonstrated curiosity and pragmatic approach with a consistently high bar for design quality and craft.
• Confidence working in cross-functional squads with engineers, analysts, and product managers.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI-powered UX and/or core financial flows such as accounting, invoicing, or core banking.
