Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

Join Filevine as a Senior Product Designer (full remote). You’ll lead product design from concept through implementation, using user-centered design to create intuitive, accessible experiences and evolve the design system.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

• Lead the design process end-to-end: concept, user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design specifications.
• Apply user-centered design principles to solutions aligned to both user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and stakeholders to define requirements, iterate on solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Participate in user research and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system.
• Guide junior designers through feedback and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Strong UX/UI design skills and a portfolio showcasing problem-solving and experience with complex workflows.
• Proficiency with design/prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of design systems and familiarity with front-end development principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong collaboration and ability to give/receive constructive feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or legal technology.
• Domain experience designing for professional users and complex workflows; familiarity with legal processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
