About the role

Role Overview

Join Fiddler AI as a Senior Product Designer working closely with the Lead Product Designer and embedded across product and engineering teams. You’ll own the end-to-end design process—from early exploration through production-ready specifications—and help evolve the product experience for complex, technical users.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design process from exploration to production-ready specs.
Develop design patterns and principles for the product.
Conduct user research and discovery to understand how technical teams evaluate, monitor, and govern AI in production.
Maintain and evolve the design system.
Translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
Drive alignment across fast-moving, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product design / UX / interaction design.
Strong ability to design for data-dense enterprise software.
Experience designing complex SaaS/enterprise products for technical audiences.
Comfortable moving between systems thinking and pixel-level detail.
Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate design work from discovery to production.
Online portfolio showcasing relevant interfaces (e.g., dashboards, observability/monitoring tools, analytics platforms).

Nice to Have

Experience designing AI/ML products, data platforms, or enterprise software for technical audiences.
Experience with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, generative AI, predictive models, agentic systems).
Experience designing developer tools, DevOps platforms, or other complex technical products.
Background in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
Comfort with ambiguity and broad design scope.
